How awesome it is that you all pitched in to help those in your community less fortunate than we are and to help keep someone warm this winter. Whether you were able to bring one item or bags full of items, every donation makes a difference to someone who has nothing.
Haywood Christian Ministries volunteers were again shocked by the generosity of our Haywood County Board of Realtors members and were so grateful for the SUV-full of donations. Thanks for all your support!

Under all is the land. Upon its wise utilization and widely allocated ownership depend the survival and growth of free institutions and of our civilization.  REALTORS should recognize that the interests of the nation and its citizens require the highest and best use of the land and the widest distribution of land ownership. They require the creation of adequate housing, the building of functioning cities, the development of productive industries and farms, and the preservation of a healthful environment.

In the interpretation of this obligation, REALTORS can take no safer guide than that which has been handed down through the centuries, embodied in the Golden Rule, Whatsoever ye would that others should do to you, do ye even so to them."
(Preamble - REALTOR Code of Ethics)

Our members take the "Golden Rule" one step further. We believe in the "Platinum Rule". Not only should you treat others as you would like to be treated, but treat others as they would like to be treated!
